4 12's which way to face theM???

im getting four 12s, but i can only fit them im two are facing up and two are towards either the front or back, or 2 front and two back, or two front and two on sides etc.....its a rectangle box in a civic hatch, which way should i face them all??

I would fire two up and two back and have the port utilize the entire height of the enclosure on one side (slot port).

maybe you should get only 2 twelves and port them, rather than getting 4 sealed?

I would more than likely take this advice rather than mine, but if you are dead set and already have the 4 12's then do like I said.

more than likely, yes. With only 2 subs, you will be feeding each sub to its full potential, and you will have more airspace. P

But then again, 4 subs just look so badassed. I dont think you need to be worried about cancellation too much.

3 ported would be great. But you will need to find dual 3 ohm or dual 6 ohm subs... which I doubt they make

I would stick to either 2 ported or 4 sealed

Well The Jbl Does The Good Power At 2, 1 Or Lower So Is There Any Configs I Could Use With 4 Or 2 Ohm Subs To Get 3 Subs Down To That Load??

well actually if you had dual 2 ohm subs, you could wire them in series, and then in parallel to the amp, giving you a 1.33 ohm load... and since it does full power at either 1 or 2 ohms, it would be fine.

Yea 3 4 Ohm Speakers Wired Up Can Get A 1.34 Ohm Load.....hmmm...maybe I Shoudl Go With 3 Ported...

why not put them in a bandpass and have the port facing either the back or the roof
