how does this 1/0 compare to say sky high and knu 1/0?
same oxygen free copper. Just true to size instead of oversized like the sky high and knu.

1/0 welding is good for 350a at 50' compared to 375a at 20' for the equivalent sky high/knu

**** ton cheaper tho.

Is there really a difference between regular 1/0, say from Knu, or welding cable? I've been wondering this for some time now.
Never used knu but like said earlier knu and sky high is over sized, I have sky high and its a little larger than the 1/0 welding cable, has less strand count too, but I think strandcount is more for flexibility, I may be wrong though

Oem cables are readily available for most vehicles. Check rockauto. Anything less will be a future headache.
