I have a pop corn sound 4k that will do 3k at 1ohm. Has the same board as an opti4601. I would not recommend running below 1ohm since I don't know how it would like that.(never tried it) It has been real good to me at 1ohm.

Where you located?

I could most likely do $320 shipped if your not too far.

My amp Is a little under what you wanted. But I have a Crescendo BC2000d, it does 2250 RMS at 13.8V at 1ohm. It is .5 and 1 ohm stable.
