3k system help on electrical!

Gonna run 2 sa12s on 1700.1 and 4 6.5s and 2 tweeters off a ppi900.4 got stock batt and alt got 600hc kinetic battery in trunk . would i need upgrade alt or would i be okay with just changing battery to xs1200d thanks.

Me personally I would upgrade alt. And grab another hc600 just to have a very stout electrical for what your running, but that's just me because you never know when you'll upgrade in power so its better to have more vs. Just enough

big 3 and alt is the first thing i would do before even buying any batteries.

i run a DC 2k and ppi 900.4 on stock alt and HC2000 in the back. My stock alt is beefy tho...

once you get to 3k daily you really need an HO alt to get the full power from that amp. Batteries will run down eventually. People wonder when they upgrade twice the power and arent really that impressed without upgrading the alt. It takes power to make power.

Depends on your cars stock system. But I'd do a big 3 and bigger battery to start But you still may need a bigger amped alt

One sure way to find out. Install everything turn it up and see what your voltage does.. You will get your answer very quick...

i always do alt and big 3 before anything. tom from ohio gen told me something and i have stuck with it since. when u build a system design it on paper from the electrical to the screws holding the box together. giv him a call and he can help u out
