come get'em!!!36 us battery 8 volts and 2 trojan 8 volts.thats not even $8 each.they are taking up room in my wieght room and i'm getting fat.buyer responsible for pickup in NY 13669.may be able to meet somewhere for alittle xtra gas money.

Im a noob. Why would i need 8v batteries... so i can wire them up for 16v and get more power from my amp? idk.

You're right, it's on a completely seperate charging system from the car's 12VDC one.

Got a dmm handy? Got a large car charger that does 200 amp ish? actually alot of your car chargers will charge well past 16 volt,i had a walmart special that charged over 18 volt,$34.you can also get a step-up box/adapter that puts 12 volts to the vehicle and 16 to the system.
