hey guys

Does anybody know how hard it is to do the 350 engine swap on a 1990 Isuzu set up with airbag suspensio??

prolly pretty tough, dunno if its the same as a mazda, but mazda's u gotta tunnel the cab and everything. theres a guy on SSM "Adragnsuzu" or suttin to that effect, that has a 383 stroker, which i believe is a 350 block stroked and bored.

yes a 350 is simply bored and stroked to 383

383 isnt bored? its just a stroker kit, if it was bored over it'd be a little bit bigger than 383.

an izuzu is the same as a s-10 so i dont think that it is that bad. i have a manual to install it in a s-10 if you are intrested

if that's true(which i'm not arguing cuz i don't know), and if your bell housing bolts match up to a small block chevy engine, you will just have to buy a conversion kit for an s10. you will need the engine mounts that set the v8 forward and a set of headers to pipe exhaust out of the engine compartment...maybe a bigger radiator and an electric fan if it becomes too tight of a fit...and hopefully your accesories brackets will bolt up to the front of the new engine...then there's the water pump, bolts, hoses,...and can your rear axle handle the power?...crap! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif maybe you should consider a few minor upgrades to your stock engine.

You sir are correct. 4.030" bore, 3.75" stroke.
