Power those with one of the new memphis 4k's coming out in a few months.

get yerself a matching memphis 4 channel to power some nice components up front and coax's/components in the back, such as focal's, rainbow, etc etc.

Kenwood or pioneer premier double din

Couple kinetik2400's or d3100's

HO alternator

I tried talking him into doing 15's but he's stuck on 18's. If I got them then they would bed 18's.

I would ditch the 18's and do 15's. I also have a $3200 budget and this is what I'm getting: ECLIPSE CD 7200MKii (HU) HERTZ MLK 165 (front stage) 2 ARC AUDIO KS 1000.1's (sub amps) 1 ARC AUDIO KS 300.4 ( front stage amp ) 2 HERTZ MILLE ML3000 12" ( subwoofers ) or 2 HERTZ MILLE ML3800 15" ( subwoofers ) Have u looked into hertz and arc audio? Also have u looked into pioneer double dins, they have a bluetooth unit that's $300 and something. I suggest looking to ( datboiroy ) he's a classy guy who would be more than happy to help u out. U can check his feedback thread if u'd like. He's helped me put my system together. U can pm him and tell him josh sent u if u'd like. His prices are unbeatable.

could look into the kinetik HC3800 and an MLA module for the alternator.
