Yea, Jacob should have the amp today so hopefully later he will be able to tell me what happened. But like Darren said I sent the amp back in and when I sent him all the information on the shipment he sent me a new amp so I would have it in time for the weekend. Never have I seen any type of company do this, they always try and find a loop hole so that they dont have to honor their warranty. Jacob is definetly running his business better than ANY business, even outside of car audio, he has the best customer service!
