A retrofit is where you take the OEM projectors out of an OEM HID vehicle with projectors. I.E. TSX, TL, S2000, RX330 etc, FX35/FX45, Q45, etc... There's a ton.

i got a question how big of a deal is having no cutoff point

because i dont think i would with my truck if i got halo angel projector headlights with the hid conversion kit

I'm curious if those are actually manufactured in an OEM facility... I'm curious what brand they are and/or the projectors are. Just like subwoofers and amps, a lot of manufacturers just outsource those. So they're mostly OEM'd by a seperate company.

More than likely, you'd be better doing a full on retrofit. BUT, those probably wouldn't be too entirely bad.

A high kelvin temperature rating is unnecessary with decent projectors like S2000's and FX35's. Oh wow... I threw up a lil...

I'm sure those have a cut off shield inside of the projector, but it's not going to be as nice as a retrofit.

Having no cut off will pretty much refract the light everywhere and blind oncoming traffic and people infront of you.

wats so bad bout those projectors i am looking at

well put it this way wat should i look into for a 2001 f150 its the king ranch model and the paint color is the dark green so not sure if i should go black housing or chrome housing

wats the best i can do to get more light ouput and have a nice look, since i have tinted windshield 30% would like to get something brighter than stock
