300+ rms components? I want treble, and ALOT of it

So Ive got a set of cadence components in my car right now and they really just kinda dont cut it for me. So Im looking for a set of components to run off a kicker zx 650.4

It does 325rms @ 4ohm when bridged, has a birthsheet of 740rms though

My personal taste in music is to have the treble be very audible even when my 2 15's are wanging. I wanna hear the words.

Is there any "budget" components that will do this for me. I really want this to get loud.

more treble is not allways the remedy.. if you really want it loud and clear. i would segest going out and personaly listening to a few diffrent set's of comps and decideing buy what you like and how you like them to sound.. and if you can buy two set's...

i hate it when people have like 20+ tweeter's and like 1-2 mid's.... sound's like poooo

im in the same boat, i got a rockford amp that will do about 280rms per chan @ 4 ohms

It was a gift so i can return it but id like to use it

I have CDT Es 610 in the doors

the rms handling on the cdts is 150 ,so id be over powering them by 100 per side

do you think would hang?

No it does not. Not many comps can handle that kind of power regularly.

Usually I would not suggest it, but if your after loudness and on a budget, I would suggest pro audio speakers, but you will lose a degree of sound quality, (mainly, zero midbass) but its up to you.

I should mention, since I already have components in there (Cadence CWM-6K) I might not need to buy crossovers if its less expensive to buy them seperate.

I like how the cadence tweeters sound as fair as pitch went, but they just didnt get loud enough.

The little midbass doesnt bother me, my doors are all deadened and the 15's in the back make up for it. I will be doing a 8" driver for midbass in the front aswell anyways

Thats the issue, that much power to a set of comps is going to cost. Rainbow has a set that would eat that 325RMS up but they cost almost $1000.

What kind of budget do you have to spend?

Well I really dont care if I use the full 300rms to a set of drivers, as I probly would never even touch the higher volumes, Im just looking for something with alot more treble, plain and simple more volume

I only paid $70 for the cadence set, Id probably like to spend under $150, 200 tops

I also realized that since I already have these cadence comps, I can probably re-use the crossovers aswell as the tweeters...... and just buy 6.5's... or would they not be able to take the power..

If its just down right impossible to get comps that loud id probly just go with that set of CDT's that are on sale for $99 + ridiculous canadian shipping and give them the full 110rms and throwthe 6.5" drivers from the cadence set into the rear doors and run them without a crossover or tweeter in the back.....
