$300 budget front and rear speakers

So $300.

I need:

(2) Front 4" speakers (5 1/4" are considered so feel free to suggest those, I gotta make sure they fit)

(2) Rear 6 x 9 speakers

(1) 4-Channel amplifier to drive them

(1) 8 gauge wiring kit for amp (with 4 channel RCA if possible, & speaker wire) for application

Requirements:

Amp Fit under a general sized back seat

No custom applications.. (IE interior cuts, etc.)

Something that will definitely give out good mid's an highs.

System already:

Stock bose speakers/amps for 96 Cadillac Eldorado

JVC KW-AV61BT Headunit

2 Pioneer 12" TS-W309D4

Pioneer Amp GM-D8601

What do you suggest?

You will be better off ditching the rears and spending more on a good set of splits for the front. Get it right and you will never know the rears are gone. Get it wrong with rears in and it will sound like sh it.

With an adapter bracket we offer that vehicle can take a 6.5" in the front doors. Good quality 6.5" coaxials and brackets would take about 1/3 of the $300 budget. 6x9 coaxials take another 1/3, and then you don't have enough left over to get a good quality amplifier, amplifier installation kit, an extra RCA cable, and speaker wire. Something has to give, either by raising the budget or skipping the back speakers until a later time.
