No, exactly something that someone that is smart with their money would say.
Plus, money doesn't buy taste. That looks awful, and tacky as hell.
Just because some one says they wouldn't buy 30's doesn't mean they are smart with their money. He could gamble, smoke rocks or buy puzzy holez on craigslist. I have meet 2 people with 30's in Atlanta, and know one well, and money is not an object to them, so more power to them.
As far as taste, its in the eye of the beholder, some people think hondas slammed on streched tire 15's look good.
Good taste in my opinion is knowing the proper offests and fitment in the wheel well. Some people just go off and buy the first wheels that bolt up paying no attention to where it sits, and they stick out or in, ew. I think 30's fit the big *** H2 just fine, only a few cars can hold those monsters.
I think 26's on skinny tires slammed on a charger or 300 looks good too, I'd never do it, but it looks tight on a show car.
I don't care for skinny 6's on impalas or caprices though, the biggest I'd ever go on my car is skinny 4's.... Even thats pushin it for me, I like driving not starring at it. Most likely will do 3 piece 22's... It all depends on the car, on a short wide Chevy, I doubt I'd go over 20's if that. 18's with meat.
