3 Kings Audio ripped me off bad

Sent them a nearly $1800 personal check that they cashed earlier this month. They never shipped my order and would just make excuse after excuse of why the order was not shipping. They never returned any of my requests to speak to a manager and now they seem to have just vanished. Anyone else get hosed by these guys? Anyone have any way to contact and find them?

call your bank. they should be able to help. if not, change banks

Tried that already, they can not do anything since it was a personal check. They told me to contact the Federal Trade Commission.

thats bs. i would complain to bank mgmt and move to a different bank or credit union..a company double charged me for some car parts, i complained to them, they said nothing was wrong and would not refund. i called my credit union and told them i was double charged and the seller would not do anything and they refunded me all my money and i sent nothing back to the original company. all this happened in a matter of about 15 days

Wow that's crazy. I bought my 2 80prs from them for a great deal and got great customer service from them. He would update me on here about my order.

credit unions are like using american express...pay for something....complain about the product not working from the get go......get money refunded little or no questions asked. its awesome...that is why you cannot buy cars with an amex card...

Sorry about the loss. I wanted to add that they were great advertisers on here for a good while, until a couple or so months ago and all of a sudden stopped paying (owing lots of $$$) and now won't respond to repeated e-mails related to the invoice. They're indeed a shady company these days.

They are the same company, ordered a box of deadner from 3 kings and they forgot to peal the old shipping label off where it came from stinger to TWH

They supplied product for 3 Kings. That was a connection to TWH but it does not imply ownership of 3 Kings.
