Yes its 21".

You could get away with it on low power, but its too small to perform well at higher power levels.

As mentioned above, a single 6" would be a better choice.

 
Yea, that's what I was gonna do (go with a single 6") but I would need it to be 20" long and the max depth for the customer is 21".. Is there any problems with there only being 1" from the end of port to the back baffle? or is there not any problems with that? I am not sure if there is suppossed to be a rule (i.e make sure there is at least 3" from end of port to baffle) or something like that..

you can't put the port on a different wall? just get a 90* elbow, problem solved. you want atleast the radius of the port worth of distance from the port in all directions.

 
hmm. You sue they have elbows that will be 6" in diameter??? I haven't come across any, that is going to be a big *** elbow..
