3 15' inch Juggs enclosure

I'm looking for some info on my new build. I'm building and 11 cubic foot box for 3 juggs , I want to tune it for 65hz but trying to figure the port dimensions . This is my first in to SPL, as far has normal *** bass like 32 and 35 hz shit I'm good. But i want to do SPL and the super huge port thing i can't figure it out. I have an 91 accord wagon and i was told that 65hz would do me good. Does anyone have any advice on the matter.
