I stopped by a local shop today to see what they had going on.

They didn't have any new stuff worth a crap but they did have some new old stock that got me thinking.

Orange basket mojo dual 2 that's been sitting on the shelf for years listed at $350. I'm sure he will go lower since it hasn't sold in this long. No warranty.

Solo X 12 with a extra recone but they are both dual 4s. $400 cash only. I'm not sure I have the 5 cubes it would need and I only have around 1k at 2ohm.

I'm thinking I need to go back tomorrow and work on that Memphis.

Which model? They had a few. One was small motor with the M basket. This one is the 250oz with the bumped back plate and 4 spoke

For the X? It is but that's all they have and you can't find those recones anymore.

As for the mojo, I just called and there isn't a model listed on it, might be under the boot. He thinks it's 1st gen, I can't find a pic on Google. I'm going to call Memphis tomorrow.

The Memphis isn't bad if u can get it cheap. I had my 15" mojo in my 99 mountaineer on 3000watt crunch amp with only had 140amp of fusing and I did a 146db on music.

yeah the e5 is definitely a SQ sub, but the reviews I've found also say it also has a nice amount of output. it's about half the price of what you're looking at now.

I have references as to my shipping and as a seller, let me know if you need any more info.

i researched the mojo's for a while, most say it's basically a loud sub. SQ is lacking, so I wouldn't consider it a SQL driver by any means

There's a guy up this way that has a couple old Mojo 15's that he runs in his Integra (walled). He does 157's with them and they sound better than the TSNS and the DC XL's he auditioned. Not sure what that says about anything besides they sound better IN HIS BOX, but his pair hold up to burps from 4 AB 500.1's running 18V.

Dave the Box Guy ran a pair of 12's for a while and was putting up some impressive numbers. He was beating on them with RD D9 until smoke was coming out of the port and they survived to play another day.

There's another guy local that has an all Memphis build that sounds very nice, so from what I've seen they're pretty rugged and can be made to sound fairly good. 350$ a pop is obscene but at half that they'd be a great buy.

I think by that price he is asking what he paid for it back in the day. It would be a $500 woofer now.
