ok my question is are they worth the price? & will they have good low bass & hit really hard..... For the price is there another brand i can go with and do better. Or is there some subs that cost less that will do more damage.... will be installing in a 2001 acura CL......

I've been hearing kickers ****, that's just what I've heard though. I have two 12" ones right now and they sound alright.

and also i would reccomend even numbers of subs. so id go with 2 good 12's or 15's if u can fit them

For the price you can do much better, I would also suggest a custom built ported box. the box is going to be more important than the sub as far as how loud they get and prefab and sealed arent going to get you there.

higher up kickers arent bad, but you can do better for the price on those

If your limited to kicker there not bad but there is better you can get for the same price, but yea your box will be major! dont go with a sealed box get a properly tuned ported box! Trust it makes a world of difference

There are far better manufacturers out there than Kicker and cheaper too. Listen to what everyone said about the custom ported box, that's where the best sound will come from.

so running three of those not a good ideal... stick to even as was stated earlier in the post? but i guess is a get a custom ported box im only going to have enough room for 2 lol
