This is an attempt at a 3:1. Tuned to 6”33HZ. 2.25 X 6.75 cubic feet.

It plays like 20 Rebased songs balanced and clean within its Bandpass.

Other songs are not balanced within its bandpass and it’s not as reliable as other designs.

But I’m going to convert it to a bass reflex.

I’m also interested in Infinite Baffle/ Sealed.

Question:
If the shell measures
22”X34”X24”
C3= 10.38.

Could I use this as a Bass reflex at 10.38 cubes Tuned to 33?

Manufacture recommends: 5-6 Cubic feet.

Thanks.

Not sure where you came up with 10.38Cu Ft. If the enclosure is made of .75” material, before any braces or ports, the gross internal volume with the outside measurments (the shell) you list is 8.675 Cu Ft. If the MFR says it works best in 5-6Cu Ft, then 10 is way off, but need specifics.

I think I know what the driver is, but to be sure… which DD is it?

I’m going to stick with the 4th order bandpass for now and see if it can improve it.

The bandpass actually plays 100 rebased songs good.
