Well its MTW, which means machine tool wire. And the jacket is THWN which means its water resistant (nylon coated). Its copper, rather than aluminum, which is good. But it doesn't list the strand count. Id ask about that if I were interested in buying it, obviously.
Its probably industrial, not residential. Not that that really matters.
