I just picked up a Grand Cherokee and will be parting with my 02 neon very shortly. As a result, I need to sell off my car audio equipment. I've got a figerglass enclosure that I made to fit behind the driver-side wheelwell that houses an Image Dynamics 12v3. Also I've got an amp rack that can be mounted onto the back of the rear seats that will hold a Directed 1100d5 amp. The sub is approximately 9 months old and the amp I bought as a refurb this past January. Both work flawlessy. Cosmetically, both the sub and amp are in excellent condition.
The sub enclosure is approximately .95 cubes and the mounting ring is recessed enough to create a flush mount with the ID. I currently have the box mounted to the floor with a single bolt. There is about 5-6 feet of wire attached to the box, and plenty of slack inside of the box to take the sub out.
The amp rack I made in January. If I remember correctly there is a 3/4" recess that the amp mounts to. I have it screwed into the seats and it doesn't budge. I spent a lot of time test fitting and trimming in order to make sure it fit perfectly around the trunk opening. It is a PERFECT fit. The back seat can still be folded down and latches properly when in its normal position.
Specs on the sub are: D4 250w RMS (highly underrated)
Specs on the amp are: 1x275w @ 4ohm
1x400w @ 2ohm
1x600w @1ohm
and
4x75w @ 4ohm
4x125w @ 2ohm
2x250w @ 4ohm
