2Channel Oscilloscope question

That thing is HUGE like my Sencore! Aside from trying to figure out where you are going to set that huge MOFO down while you set the gains, it should work fine. ETA: make sure it comes with the 10 to 1 probe because you are going to need it when messing with power amplifiers.

What are you going to use for your resistive load though? I ask because most power amplifiers will respond WAY differently once loaded down with the drivers connected compared to no load at all.

dont know. I just figure since my friends and myself are into car audio it would be good to have one and learn how to use it. The guy emailed back saying he would take 70. I seen the small multimeter handheld ones but there to expensive.

if he doesnt have the probes can i buy them and are they expensive.
You can buy probes, but he says he will include the leads which should be the same thing IIRC. I bought a set of probes for my oscilloscope about two years ago, I think I got two pairs for like $60...

For setting gains, 35 Mhz is plenty.

If you are going to get into repairing small electronics, it may not be enough, depending on what you are repairing. IMHO, it is enough for repairing power amplifiers too.
