Oh and this woofer has been around for awhile. IIRC there was one in the classifieds AWHILE back and it was going for $800 I believe.

I wouldn't spend that on a a woofer spent less than that on my my 95zs and the sub kinda looks like a garbage can. That sub has to have a demo sub so you can hear it. It reminds me of a mtx jackhammer but smaller.If someone owns one they need to post up there experience.

The cap looks like a cvr kinda. It's absolutely ugly, an for 2500 I better get a bj along with more than a 30 day parts and labor warranty.

44mm Xmax using the coil overhang method? You know what means? LMS 5400 please. It's rated with less Xmax but it uses the .707 of BL method, which results in a less bloated number. This has more Xmech, sure, but it's going to sound like *** and it's over twice the price of a 5400.

Interesting to see, but anyone who buys one is a fool.
