2014 Ford Focus: Morel Virtus 603 for front doors

Hey guys, first time poster, could use some advice. I wanted to install the Virtus 603 component speakers in my front doors, and I know the woofer and tweeter are do-able, but have a question about the 3.5 inch midrange speaker...will have to cut a hole, right? Any advice on where?

you'll want to fiberglass A pillars and your tweets on the A pillars as well both on axis firing towards your ear. midbass in the doors with the doors treated.
