2009 Ram: Yay or Nay?

Whether you like it or not, you can't argue with a 380 hp/404 ft lb of torque 350 small block V8 w/coil spring rear suspension instead of harsh riding leaf springs, not to mention rack and pinion steering - trucks have come a long way in the last 10 years.

Never been a big fan of Dodge Trucks, but I think this is really sharp, should be a huge hit for Dodge, especially now that gas prices are coming down.

FYI, in the regular cab short box Hemi, 0-60 mph in only 5.7 conservative seconds, for about $25,000. Droooool.

They are finally starting to put decent interiors together.

I liked the previous generation better than this one though (02-08?). then again, it always takes new models a little while to grow on ya.

That's in reference to a bone stripped reg cab short box WITH the Hemi, which is only like a $1,000 option.

looks nice but i look at trucks as work horse's so the suspension "upgrade" and that nice of an interior is actually a turn off to me. I use to build houses for a guy and he would let me borrow his truck sometimes and he had a new F250 and he abused that truck so much with all the work he used it to do and there was mud all over the interior and everything he eventually traded it in and got another ford truck but he takes care of this one. Having a interior that nice would be hard to keep clean IMO
