2007 Silverado Cut thru

Doing a cut thru but the seat in the xtra cab has like zero room behind it and very little below it , thinking the sub will be fighting its way thru the seat ? wonder how it will be affected . . anyone done this setup ? or have any input ?

Could you space the seat forward or up to allow more room to breathe? I would just rip it out if it was me!
