It wouldn't. 6spdcoupe has had the Nd8i's in his '05 G, although it pretty much maxed out spacewise what he could fit in there being the driver is close to 9".

Sure, but dropping 10-11" aftermarket drivers in your doors without modification sure is nice..

The bolded part says that the 3-way array is being created is saying that the 10" woofers are part of the set up.
