I drive a 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT with a 4.2L inline-six engine.

I have done the big 3 upgrade, and have a stock 150 amp alternator.

Paint!

It was first primed with KILZ Original oil based. I was going to paint it black, but I didn't get enough black paint, so I mixed it with the white primer until I had enough. Not the color I wanted, but can be painted again later.

This is my daily driver, so it couldn't interfere with the seats.

The top was bolted on using star washers on top and bottom to prevent them from vibrating loose.

Each sub terminal was wired using a bolt and some washers and nuts.

I bought four Massive Audio TKO124 at a local car audio shop (support local businesses).

I ran a PAIR of 14awg speaker wire PER terminal.

The amp. Rockville Audio RXD-M4, $150. Puts out 1000w CEA @ 2 ohm. Has been dyno'd by Dereck at oldschoolstereo.
