2003 Dodge Ram speakers

I just a 2003 Ram quad cab, and I was talking to someone yesterday and he told me it was hard to find speakers that would fit in the doors because it's a small space or something. I'd like to use Infinity speakers, and I'm just wondering if I can fit those. Does anyone know?

Oh, and are the speakers in the back doors 6 1/2" or 5 1/4" ?

Looks like the fronts are 6x9's and the backs are 5.25's.

I'm pretty sure you can get adapters to put a 6.5" round speaker in the 6x9 spot up front.
