2002 Chevy siverado Help

I want to put a Rockford Fosgate HU in my new truck, i saw on another web site that i might have problems with the oil change sensor and the delayed turn off? Also a bunch of other mumbo jumbo about airbags and such. is any of this true? I have had the dash open and it looks like a strait forward swap out. Any help is welcome

I think its just a normal swap out. Those guys that had problems probably hooked it up wrong or something was wrong with the truck from the start.

on some of these new cars you can run into problems with

air bags and other stuff if your not careful. try crutchfield

for install helpand instrcutions. do it yourself but do it

INFORMED!!

I just installed a Pioneer HU in my 99 silverado with no problems

Get the install kit from Crutchfield. I received the chasis install, antenae adapter, and harness for $33.00, not too bad.
