That's a lot of screws.

Wow, did you use an entire box of screws? Hopefully that thing doesnt fall apart, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif did you use glue //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif ?

and thats a negative on the glue

are you simply screwing it together to test it then you will go back over it with wood glue and a nailer? Also is that single layer 3/4" MDF all the way around?

Looking good thus far, ***** to hear about the box that was meant for daily, we all run into walls like that though. Just gotta start fresh. Can't wait to see the progress man, keep up the good work.

lol i was kiddin bout no glue, everything is glued and tight. this was a very loud box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif i will be keeping and tuning it prolly be my world finals box

and actually the problem with the daily box wasnt the box at all... physcoacoustics sold me a amp that had been repaired, well it was complete junk... it blew soon as i sent 15 volts to it and it took one of the subs down with it. so a box designed for 2 18's turned out to be 1 18 with alotta port area lol

Well a bad amp will definatly do it... shitty when that type of stuff happens, what voltage are you going to run to the 500.1s?
