200 vw gti - need help

so im tryin to put in my first system and i have no idea what the hell im doing. i need help.

i currently have installed

- head unit - Clarion MAX385VD

- speakers - Polk Audio db6501

i have but is not installed

- amp - Kenwood KAC-7204

and i am look to purchase

- subs - Dual 12" Kicker Subwoofer Enclosure W/ (2) S12L5 Subs

would those subs work? anything else i need or any other advice?

your amp is not strong enough and much better subs for the price.

its a 2000. how much more power would i need? would it really make a big difference if i just kept the amp i have?
