What voltage does that dmm read on the amp that is working when playing the same tone, measuring with the same settings?

well, if you put it another amp and it works fine. That means your speaker wiring is done correctly. Whats your ohm load after box rise?So your amp (20.1) turns on and everything, right? Then, i would say it's the amp, but that's an insane amp!

yup it turns on just fine but just has no real output just a little bit of output

and showrides nick asked for my cell so hes going to call me tonight or tomorrow so we can chat about what the deal is

dont know what the other one says but all i know is that its set right and its hitting a million times harder than the 20.1 is which is why i am talking to IA about it

Dont think youd get a call from the owner of many companies to help troubleshoot.

probably not in most cases haha they seem like a good crew over there at IA so im down with it

yea Ia will definately take care of you, i wouldn't be surprised if they threw in something else to show good customer support.

dont worry i'll keep yall updated with the progress i get. Nick was unable to call me today cause he had to leave the office early so he says he is going to try and get back to me tomororw sometime so we'll see what happens

you can only get 6 volt on the output terminals????

yup i think so they filed a claim with fed ex so im going to send it off when i find out from showrides and IA i think is going to send me a new one

yeah it us F'ed up that the 6 volts is with the gains alll the way up
