2 x 12w6v2 in sealed box with 1000/1

so i'll explain my project..

i have bought 2 X JL audio 12w6v2 and a JL audio 1000/1 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

don't tell me it's very expensive //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif (i have bought it in USA) , look at price in France //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif :crying: http://www.hifimobile.fr/tarifs%20JLaudio.htm (prices are in euros , so add 25% to have it in $ )

my question : do you think it's necessary to put these subs in ported enclosure to have a good SQL (with SPL too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif ) or these 2 subs in a good sealed box ( 1,30 ft each) will be very good for the 2 situation ?

this system will be in my CLK mercedes..

You will not need these to be in a ported box to make them loud. They are already LOUD. Just make a large enough sealed box and they will get loud enough to make your ears HURT. A buddy of mine had 2 and if he bumped them it was so loud it was uncomfortable and it still hit every bass note.

yeah they sound really nice sealed... i have had a couple before off less power that were loud as hell... you will be happy.. if you could go ported then great but i dont think you will have space...

JL audio recommand 1.0 cu to 1.5 cu for each 12w6v2 sealed....

my actual calcul for my box give me 1.3 cu.... So for 12w6v2 owners...have you ever go to 1.5 cu with it (sealed) is it better ? (spl and sql)...a big difference between 1.25 and 1.5 ?? more loud?
