how to differeniate IDmax v2 v3?

How are the two different in appearance? Anyone have pics of the V2 and the V3? Thanks.

I believe the v2 has triple stacked magnets and v3 has double stacked magnets. I could be wrong but i think that may be one of the differences.

The first few batches of the V3 were triple stacked as well. They didn't get a contract for the double stack till later. But it didn't make a difference.

The Cone itself looks different from the v2 and v3. I dont got any pictures, but when u see it it's pretty obvious.

no what you have there is a v2. v3 has a different cone with a aluminum dust cover.

No thats not a V2, this is a v2:

yes thats a v2 but in his pic thats a v2 notice the dustcap on his compared to a v3 unless thats a 10 and the dustcap covers 90% of the cone then it could be a v3 but it looks like a v2 to me. hell just take 1 out the box and see if it has a double or triple stacked magnet. it also could be a v2 reconed with v3 cone too.
