Ok. Here's my currend set up. Followed by my upgrade plan
H.u. Pioneer deh 7900bt
Single icon 12... 2.4 cubes 29hz..
Cadance Q9000. 1200watts @1ohm
Front stage..Diamond HEX 6.5 components (original model)
Cadance Q2000 90-100watts x2 to components
Upgrading to:
Two Icon 12s. 4.5 cubes 35hz
zapco st-1650xm... 1650watts to both subs
Now the single 12 and hex components sound fantastic together (i know the hex get alot of **** but i got them n.i.b. super deal couldn't pass on)
but they do sound really clean n crisp..
I just dont see how they will keep up with a second sub
So im thinking about picking up this.
ST-4X P - Zapco 4-Channel 480W RMS Class AB Amplifier
And running a 2nd set of HEX all four front stage.. i know its not ideal but.... what yall think?
