thinking weather i should pick up a second 1500, or a 3000 or a 3500. few questions. difference between 2 1500 vs 3000? or is there a large difference between the 3000 and the 3500? also can pick up a mint aq 2200, so saz 1500 or aq 2200, and also 2 aq 2200 vs 1 3500? sorry for all the verse threads but ik a few people have ran mulitples of these amps and im looking for some feedback before i upgrade.. i have a d 1.4 nightshade with a shocker recone so it handels a good bit if not ill have it reconed again so it can //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Get the 3000d and call it a day. I say that because you can get one for a couple hundred cheaper than a 3500 and the difference in output isn't really that significant enough to warrant paying that much of a difference

I'd get a pair and strap at 2.8 daily and .7 for burps.

But maybe that's just me.

I'd also get the AQ's.

Sundown 3Kd does nicely into .7 ohm. That amp will smoke that coil pretty quick though. You'll have a bit of warning (smell) before it goes, but pay attention.... those are solid coils, but they'll only do a song at 3K before getting very hot.

As far as output goes pair of 1500's do about the same power as the 3Kd, but the pair will want final load around 1ohm and the single amp will want .5 (.7 is good though). At that power level, IMO you're not getting much gain for the money stepping up to the 3500.... I wouldn't bother unles the price is very close.

I'd take Zenon amp over the AQ any day of the week, though if the price is really attractive it may be worth going there.

the 1500s will beat the 3000s and be right on par with the 3500. wiring the 1500s at .35 each is close to wiring the 3000 to .175 to keep up which aint gonna happen
