2 runs of zero?

I have a 2001 Tahoe with one run of zero already, but I don't think another run of zero will fit through the hole. Do I need to make the hole bigger or drill a new hole?

Just drill a new hole. Right next to the one you already have.

I have to drill holes in my firewall to make my wire fit -.- ... so do it up, drill away!

What about in the back. I need to relocate my ground, but don't want to hit the gas tank?

Find a spot where it's clear on both sides to drill in the firewall. I use step bits with an impact driver. Just silicone them or seal them off and use grommets, don't let the wire jacket sit on that raw metal.
