2 Punch subs and a Punch amp

Im new to this and i need to know how to run a test on these and see if they work. A simple walkthrough would be great.

For the subs, it would help to have a digital multimeter to read the impedance of each coil. The cheap test I've always used though, is to put speaker wire in the subwoofer terminals then grab a AA battery and touch the negative wire to the negative on the battery and positive wire to positive on the batter. This will make the subwoofer cone push outward while the battery is connected. if you reverse the polarity, it will just move the cone inward. This only guarantees that the subs aren't completely blown but it is a cheap test if you don't have a multimeter. As far as amps go, I always just hook them up to a speaker and put an RCA/Headphone jack adapter in the RCA inputs of the amp so I can play music from my phone. Then just turn the amp on via a battery or the car to test everything.
