2 Polk Momo 8's vs single Rl-i 8 vs single 06 L5 10''

Well I was just saying what they look like. Ive never even heard of those before. So those would out perform momos?
Don't know. Never heard the Momos, but the TBs have agreat reputation. The Momos seem more like something you would get at Best Buy or Circuit City.

The Polk SR on the other hand //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

I would run a 10" L7 in .75 sealed on 750 - 1k. Will have plenty of output.. can be found for under $200.

Polk is a great sub as well.

doesnt the Phoenix GOld RSDC go in a tiny box and they have plenty of output..

I think the PG requires the same amount of space as any other average sub, but they are cheap, sound amazing, and can handle a ton of power. The original RSd was rated for 500w (300w now for some reason), but could take 1000w all day long. I wouldn't put 1500w beyond the reach of the RSdC.

I think I might just have to sell my new ID OEMs and pick up a couple Polk SRs now that I know they can be had cheap.

what about dd 1508 or an AA assasin?
The assassin is nice. I don't like the 1508 idea, because it has a really high FS from what i understand, which means poor lowend extension. Not something I would go for.

I think DD equipment is almost exclusively SPL-oriented. The only time I've ever seen DD and SQ mentioned in the same sentence was in reference to the 9100 series, which is no longer made

That does sound like a good idea. Are you sure it will have plenty of output in a sealed in a topless suv?
