2 or 4 RE8's in HT Setup!!!

Okay, I may get 4 RE8's on a trade. However, I may just use 2 RE8's @ 4-ohm on a 250-watt Plate Amp from Parts Express. Here's the link:

Now, I may decide to buy 2 amps and use 4 RE8's. I am really not sure. Any ideas? What about the amp - is it a nice amp for home stereos?

Now, does anyone know what kinda box I should use for the pair of RE8's (whether I use 2 or 4 I still want a pair per box). I am kinda new to HT so I haven't the clue. You're right...the boxes are generally larger, and tuned lower.

You don't have the cabin gain as in a vehicle, so expect to go with a low Qts alignment (under .707) for a sealed setup, or around 20-23Hz if bass reflex...
