2 or 4 channel

Im going to be powering a set of comps, however for 10 bucks more i can get a 4 channel. i can add some for the rear at a later time.

Precision Power PPI S580.4 4-Channel Car Amplifier/Amp (S5804)

Precision Power PPI S420.2 2-Channel Car Amplifier/Amp (S4202)

4 channel is 30 rms less than the 2channek at 4ohms but my comps are rated a 80 rms.

any suggestions. also is it worth it to get a 3 yr warranty plan for $16
