Ummm. . . there's no such thing as an svc Type-R. He means dual 2 ohm.

I think most people have dual 4's is because they have 2 of em so they can wire down to 1 ohm, whereas 2x 2ohms can go down to .5ohms, but an amp stable at that impedence is gonna cost $$$$$

how do i wire 2 type r's dual 2 ohm with a jbl 1201.1. it has like 1100 at 2 ohms max? how much will each sub get?
