Can a amp that is 2-Ohm stereo handle a sub that is dual 1-ohm. Can you run the speaker at 2-ohms mono on the amp?

That depends if the amp is 2 ohm mono stable. assume that your amp is a 2 channel? If so, then probabily cant do it. Most 2 ch. amps are only stable at 4 ohm mono.. i think a few are at 2 ohm.. but not many

Many can. What kind of amp are you talkin about.
