2 ohm stable, 1000+ watt Amp suggestions?

I'm looking to get a new amp to power my 2 12 Type R's. (1222d).

Like I mentioned, must be 1000w or more and stable at 2 ohms.

Just looking for some suggestions. Nothing too pricey please. Wanting to spend around $150-$350 if possible.

From experience both the Rockford & Kicker amps mentioned are solid. I wished I would have kept my Power Series 1500-1 & 600-4.

The Soundstream TN1.1200D is a good option too. Remote gain function is a little off though (have to turn it about 1/3 to 1/2 way for it to work-so very small movements go a long way), only complaint with this amp.

Is Soundstream honest with their ratings? They're so cheap

They are with the Tarantula Nano amps. I was a bit skeptical, but then read up on them & gave them a shot. They are the real deal & a great bang for the buck. PPI, NVX, Polk, and Hertz have a line of amplifiers that use the same boards. The NVX versions have made more than rated power when tested. I'm very happy with them & still can't believe the performance that you get for the price. I've had them for a few months with no issues.
