I would get atleast 3K @ 1 ohm to combat box rise and save over head from clipping.

No reason to spend 400+ dollars when you can get an amp like the mb quart 2000 that puts out the same watts for a lot less. Enlighten me. Why is a sundown 2000 better then the mb quart 2000.1d? The crunch gp3000d is an underrated 3000 rms amp. The sundown or audioque will not produce 3000 rms. Gp3000 > sundown 2000 and audioque 2200.
