2 little questions about box size and bending mdf

im looking to build a box for my truck (blowthrough) and was wondering what you guys recommend box size cubic feet for a ported box with 2 kicker L5 12" and im looking for like 31 hrz also how is the best way to bend 3/4 mdf ?

dont bend it, no reason

ifyou have to, look up Kerfing.

you can cut slits about 3/4 of the way through the back side of the mdf & then wet it. it will bend. how many slits depends on how much you are bending it.

you were good up to the "wet it" part, if done correctly there is no need to wet it and it will stay strong

i have used birch before & yes you have to wet birch to bend it.
