2 l7's not what i expected

i have no dmm and the local shops are to ignorant to know how to use one, when i actually got my 1 l7 + amp installed i asked them if they used a multi-meter and they said that had nothing to do with it

buy one at wal-mart/radio shack. they get the job done. make sure you have a battery for it. (the radio shack one requires a round 9volt i believe).

i had 2 02l7d4's in a 6 cube box tuned to 32 htz with just a directed 1100d going to them, and they wanged real hard.

i also experianced not much more output with 2 than 1, i blew one of mine and had just one for awhile, the diffrence wasn't that noticeable, it jsut sounded fuller with 2, like there was a little something behind. i dont know how to explain it. but it wasn't that big of a diffrence

i'd say give it a few days to work the new suspension in and you'll be fine

Ive seen actual numbers of 841actual watts@1ohm from a 1500d on 12.71V and with clamp meter,so it was accurate.

so its rated rms power is 700wrms off the actual rms power? I HIGHLY doubt that is true, maybe the amp tested was not working properly. IDK, but I dont think that there is a 700wrms difference from rated and actual power.

from what i've read about the amp, it puts out about 1390 watts at 14.4 volts but only around 900 or so at around 12 volts

I was gonna go 2 15" l7's.... So you don't think thad be worth it since adding another isnt that much louder? I have a 2500d and wanted to get 15"s... What sub should I go with aroudn that price and shoudl I get one or 2
