2 L5 12s Or 15s

Ok, So I just got me a new 2006 Ford Fusion and i'm looking to make a excellent Upgrade to my sound system. With the fusion being a car, Some of my friends suggested that I go with 12's Instead of 15's because of the sound quality. They think the 12s will sound better for some reason. Whatever i'm going to get its going to be kicker so i've been really looking at the L5s because I get a good price on them. Which one would sound better for my car? I'm looking for a really loud pair of subs, but I don't want it to rattle my trunk and I want my bass to sound beautiful inside and out. Please Help

get a 18" FI BTL and tell em you got a 12" then demo it for em before showin it

i dont think you have the room to port 2 15s.. properly...

2 12" L5s will wang.. port them, send them good power.

your trunk will rattle though i would guess... but nothing a little dynamat wouldnt fix probably

If you can't fit the 15's in at least 6 cubes, then go with the 12's. Regardless of size, give them at least 1kw each and you will be happy.

Go with Kicker CVX 12s. They were one of the most surprising woofers in "The Great 12' Challenge" that was conductd by some of the more reputable forum members at the beginning of the month.

Well I measured my trunk according to this ported box that i found exspecially made for the L5 15s and i had plenty of space...The Fusion has a very big trunk, and it can fit 15s. But The choice is between two 02 Factory Renewed L5 15s and 2 05 Factory Renewed L5 12s, so which one would give me a better bass boost without it sounding all sloppy
