Which will hit the hardest and be heard the farthest in a sealed box? i have a 1000w rms amp, and stock electricity. they will be in a car. Thanks

def go with the l7, they can take 3kw all day... and they are world record holding subs with tons of motorforce...

you just have to spray foam your entire trunk and it wont rattle at all, def go with the l7 though...

Sorry. Couldn't resist. 300 is a decent budget. Especially if you already have an amp. I'm not going to hug the nuts of any particular company but do some research on here and other places. Kicker is expensive for what you get and neither the L7 or the CVR's are designed for sealed. They do well in large ported. Don't make any hasty decisions....

Do you know how many amps the alt is? What kind of car is it?

its a 2006 nissan altima and i think 100 or 110 amps

Yeah I wouldn't go much over 1000. What kind of amp kit are you running. At least 4 gauge I hope?

yeah ill try to buy at least 4 gauge or bigger. do u have any suggestions for subs? i want all out spl with decent sq, under $300

I like Sundown, Skar, Obisidian, Audioque. All the current forum boners are pretty good subs and within your price range. You can get one custom made too. @SPLaudio does custom subs. He's also in New York. I think Syracuse. You can tell him what you have to spend, what you're looking for out of it and he'll build it for you. Or look in the classifieds here.
