2 JL Audio 10w3v3 subs....now what?

i recently just got 2 JL Audio 10w3v3 subs, now i need an amplifier. I am new to this sort of stuff, so i have no clue on what to get or what to even start to search. so any help is greatly appreciated. thank you.

what ohm are they? 4ohm or 2ohm

get a dsc 1500.1 mbquart

it will give you 1000 + true clean watts no sweat.

great sq amp for subs that has alot of juice in it.

stick with jl and get the gmax. if you stray from jl on the amp, I like the american bass 100.1, audioque aq1200d, or elemental designs nine.1

I would stay away from Hifonics, MB Quart and Crunch. Look at a nice JL 500/1 or 1000/1. If you cant fit that in your budget check out a Kicker 750.1 or an Audioque 1200d.

wow. those prices are better than i thought they would be. is the dsc mbquart good? like efficiency and all? and how bout these american bass 100.1, audioque aq1200d, or elemental designs nine.1?

what should i be looking for in the amps? remember, these are going to power 2 500 watt subs, so you guys got any advice?

oh yea, i forgot to add that i installed the clarion nx409 head unit. It came with an internal amp. will that screw anything up?

look at the mb quart guts they are nice. In the amp section of the forum
